Job Summary

Pro Mechanical USA, LLC. is seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team. As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems in various industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the job Superintendent/Foreman to design and implement pipe system layouts.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential obstructions and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assemble and fabricate pipes at the job site, adhering to specifications and quality standards.
  • Cut, thread, and hammer pipes to precise dimensions.
  • Use saws and cutting torches to craft pipes of the correct size and shape.
  • Bend pipes by hand or using specialized tools and machinery.
  • Inspect and test installed systems and pipelines using pressure gauges, hydrostatic testing, and observation.
  • Shut off steam, water, or other gases or liquids from pipe sections using valve keys or wrenches.
  • Replace worn components and perform other duties as required.
  • Read and interpret Isometric Drawings to ensure accurate pipe installation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
