  • Direct and manage the creative vision for assigned projects.
  • Contribute creatively during brainstorming sessions with the production team and client services for various client projects.
  • Possess the skills to create and validate production-ready visual files.
  • Work alongside designers of varying experience levels to achieve cohesive design outcomes.
  • Effectively manage multiple design projects within a week.
  • Clearly present design concepts in internal discussions.
  • Continuously enhance primary design skills while expanding knowledge in additional areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a design-related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant design experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design, Environmental/Spatial Design, Presentations, and Print Production.
  • A portfolio showcasing the aforementioned design skills is mandatory.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas and themes through sketches and graphics.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Google Suite, Mac OS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for articulating design concepts.
