Job Summary: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) interacts directly with patients, skillfully draws blood samples, and prepares specimens for lab testing. The role focuses on building trust, maintaining accuracy, and adhering to safety and confidentiality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely completion of daily tasks under the supervisor's guidance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of Phlebotomy experience
- Phlebotomy (CPT) Certification preferred
