Americold Logistics is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Associate to join our team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory records, preventing and resolving discrepancies, and promoting a safe work environment.

About the Job

This Inventory Control Associate position involves conducting regular inventory counts, researching and resolving discrepancies, and communicating results to management and customers as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The salary for this position is estimated at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate results to management and customers
  • Research and resolve customer claims and other inventory-related issues
  • Update inventory and inventory discrepancies in the Warehouse Management System
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1-3 years of office experience or equivalent training and experience
  • Familiarity with AS/400 and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Forklift license
