Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Partner to join our team at 3300 Burger King Company, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting holistic franchisee business reviews, consulting with franchisees on restaurant operations, and developing short- and long-term plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Franchisee Business Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of franchisee businesses to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address operational, sales, and financial challenges.
- Consult with Franchisees: Provide expert guidance and support to franchisees on restaurant operations, including development of business plans, operational strategies, and financial management.
- Develop Business Plans: Collaborate with franchisees to develop comprehensive business plans that drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement Operational Initiatives: Execute system-wide operational initiatives, including training programs, equipment certifications, and brand standard maintenance.
- Monitor Performance Metrics: Analyze and report on operational performance metrics, including Average Complaint Ratio, Speed of Service, Retention, and Restaurant Evaluation Visits.
- Ensure Brand Standards: Ensure that franchisee restaurants maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and repair and maintenance.
- Support Franchisee Leadership: Provide guidance and support to franchisee leadership teams to ensure successful execution of business plans and operational initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
- Experience: 4+ years of operations experience in QSR, retail, food and beverage, or franchised industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to build and develop relationships with clients and colleagues, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
