We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Critical Care Nurse to join our team in the Neuro Surgical Trauma ICU at Saint Alphonsus Health System. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in a supportive environment while focusing on critical care.
About the Role:- As a resident in our Critical Care Residency program, you will gain experience through Idaho's only critical care residency program that is recognized by the Idaho State Board of Nursing and meets the standards for Department Of Labor's registered apprenticeships.
- You will hone your skills and work in a supportive environment while focusing on critical care.
- You will receive focused critical care education, which includes didactic and hands-on learning philosophies over a 6-month period.
- You will have the opportunity to grow and advance in your nursing career.
- Current Idaho or multistate RN license required.
- Multistate license must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
- An active and unexpired Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network.
- Additional certifications may be required depending on the unit.
