The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FPGA Design Engineer to join our FPGA Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will participate in all aspects of the research and development process, from concept to field deployment. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing novel signal processing algorithms for our MIMO wireless networking products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop efficient digital signal processing blocks for wireless communication projects
  • Collaborate with systems engineers to implement fixed-point designs
  • Develop RTL code, simulate, and create test benches
  • Optimize FPGA synthesis and achieve timing closure
  • Provide support to the RF and Software Engineering Teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant fields
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in FPGA design, with a strong background in digital signal processing and fixed-point arithmetic
  • Proven expertise in working with multiple clock-domain, high-utilization FPGA designs
  • Experience with Xilinx FPGAs, SoCs, and the Vivado IDE
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE)
  • Basic MATLAB skills
  • Experience with communication systems on FPGA or ASIC designs
About the Role

This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in West Los Angeles, CA, with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. On-site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
