  • Complete service tickets and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Manage inventory of parts and supplies to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Tech24's safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Standard computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Own industry-standard hand tools and ability to climb ladders, work from heights, and crawl in tight quarters.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Universal EPA certification and previous experience as a commercial HVAC and refrigeration technician.
