Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching water safety and technique to our students, providing positive reinforcement, and communicating with parents on their child's progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach water safety and technique to students in accordance with our proprietary curriculum
  • Provide positive reinforcement to students to promote a love of swimming and water safety
  • Communicate with parents on their child's progress and provide feedback on their swimming skills
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to ensure a positive and safe learning environment

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with children of all ages and skill levels
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High energy and a passion for teaching and working with children
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Must pass background examinations prior to training
