Responsibilities- Serve as a liaison between clients and prescribers, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination.
- Answer and return phone calls from clients, referring physicians, and other providers, providing timely and empathetic support.
- Administer psychiatric medication injections and assist clients with completing related forms.
- Complete prior approvals, refill requests, and perform other nursing duties as needed.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Preferred qualifications include experience working with individuals with persistent, chronic mental illness and/or substance use disorders, strong computer skills, and proficiency in Electronic Health Records.
- $30-$32/hour.
- Paid orientation and trainings.
