Role Responsibilities:
As an Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR business process Advisor, you will undertake the following tasks:

  • Maintain a requirements matrix and conduct gap analysis
  • Document and configure the module
  • Establish test data
  • Evaluate the system and address discrepancies between expected and actual outcomes
  • Collaborate with the test lead to review test packages
  • Engage with business function owners to develop system test conditions and scripts, gaining an understanding of the system
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues encountered within the tested module and propose solutions
  • Design modifications and necessary enhancements, assessing their impacts on the overall system
  • Provide guidance and oversight for application developers
