Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at OneWell.

Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and strengths of individuals with IDD and/or Autism.
  • Analyze behavior patterns to determine underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
  • Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans by training and guiding direct support professionals and caregivers.
  • Collect and analyze data on behavior change to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic approach to treatment.
Requirements:
  • Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with IDD is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based practices for working with individuals with IDD.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
