Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Major Market Account Executive to join our growing sales team in New Hampshire. As an HCM Account Executive at MP, you will be responsible for prospecting and targeting organizations to deliver the MP value proposition and close business deals. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of business needs, pain points, and HR challenges, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, partner referrals, and online research.
- Engage in consultative sales conversations with prospects, understanding their unique HR needs, challenges, and business goals.
- Effectively articulate the value proposition of our HCM solutions, addressing key pain points and demonstrating how our offerings can drive efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features, functionalities, and benefits of MP's HCM solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, building trust and credibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and customer success, to deliver seamless and exceptional customer experiences.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using Salesforce.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Must be located in the New England Territory (MA, ME, NH, VT, NY)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum (1) year as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or a similar role, with a focus on selling HCM solutions is required.
- Strong understanding of business needs, pain points, and HR challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and establish trust with business owners and decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software platforms.
