We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Claims Adjuster to join our team at Alpha Warranty Services, Inc. As a key member of our Claims department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of complex and high-dollar mechanical repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with repair shops to ensure an understanding of necessary repairs and coverage under customer service contracts
  • Accurately document claim details and decisions using internal systems
  • Collaborate with Claims Adjusters to assist with complex or high-dollar repairs
  • Work closely with repair shops to address claim needs, including part orders and inspections
  • Provide innovative solutions to challenging problems
Requirements
  • 6 months+ of hands-on experience in automotive mechanical repair/maintenance
  • ASE Certifications or automotive repair education highly valued
  • Some customer service experience required
  • Call center experience strongly preferred
  • Clear and professional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfort navigating current technology, including computers, phones, and software
  • Accurate typing skills with a speed of at least 30+ WPM
  • Ability to successfully collaborate, problem solve, and listen with attention to detail
