**Responsibilities**

* Direct the daily operations of the restaurant, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance and repair
* Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including inventory management, team management, and financial accountability
* Recruit, interview, and recommend hiring, disciplinary action, and termination of hourly restaurant employees
* Develop, motivate, and effectively train hourly employees to maintain a safe work environment
* Ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met

**Requirements**

* 1-4 years supervisory experience in either a food or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility
* Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
* Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution skills
* Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
* Basic personal computer literacy
