**About the Role**
As a Service Advisor at Penske Automotive, you will be responsible for selling and scheduling needed service work in the service department. This includes scheduling service appointments and obtaining customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible. You will also be responsible for writing up customers' vehicle problems accurately and clearly on the repair order. Additionally, you will advise customers on the care of their cars and greet customers in a professional manner.
