Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional HVAC Installation Lead to join our growing team at our location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing air conditioning, heating, and control systems, as well as providing startups and troubleshooting for residential HVAC systems.

Responsibilities
  • Install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems
  • Provide startups and troubleshooting for a variety of residential HVAC systems
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations
  • Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows, and retreats
Requirements
  • Two or more years of residential HVAC installation/retrofitting experience, 1-3 years of commercial install experience preferred
  • RMGA Certification Required
  • EPA Type II & CORE Required
  • EPA Universal Certified Preferred
  • Completion of H.S./GED
  • NATE Certified Preferred
  • Completion of Trade/Vocational School Preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Physical Demands
  • Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day
  • Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis
  • Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold
  • Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
  • Comfortable and capable of working in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
