Sales Team Lead
About the Role:
This is a full-time management position at Cowboys Fit. The successful candidate will lead our sales team to drive membership sales, achieve revenue goals, and provide excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets.
- Drive all sales efforts within the club, including new member sales, EFT, fitness packages, and supplements.
- Analyze daily and weekly sales numbers and club statistics with the club manager to identify potential revenue gaps and modify sales execution as necessary.
- Execute and coordinate sales promotions within the club.
- Ensure that all club members are delivered a high member service experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a gym or fitness environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
