As a vital member of our dining team, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming patrons, accurately processing orders, delivering meals with care, and addressing any inquiries that may arise.

Main Responsibilities:

• Guide guests to their tables and showcase our diverse menu selections.
• Provide recommendations on food and beverage pairings while answering any questions.
• Efficiently take and relay orders to the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at tables and throughout the dining area.
• Ensure the quality of food presentation and resolve any issues that may occur.
• Present checks and handle payment transactions.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members.
• Strive for excellence in service delivery.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a server or waitstaff role.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Customer-focused with excellent organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with cash handling and ordering systems.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Patient and approachable demeanor with proven problem-solving capabilities.
• Food safety certification is advantageous.
