We are on the lookout for a seasoned and motivated Sales Specialist to concentrate on our medical and chemo-grade glove offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in medical sales, particularly in gloves and protective equipment. This position entails nurturing existing client relationships, uncovering new business avenues, and advocating for our premium glove products among healthcare providers.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for medical and chemo-grade gloves within healthcare facilities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong connections with current clients, ensuring exceptional service and support to foster satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Demonstrations: Showcase Peliguard's medical and chemo-grade gloves to potential clients, emphasizing their unique features, advantages, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Sales Negotiation: Engage in discussions regarding contracts and pricing to secure advantageous agreements for both Peliguard and our clients.
  • Market Awareness: Remain updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position Peliguard's gloves and identify new business prospects.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Strive to meet or surpass sales objectives for medical and chemo-grade gloves, contributing to Peliguard's overall success.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical supplies or healthcare sector, with a strong focus on gloves or similar protective gear.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of medical and chemo-grade gloves, including their applications and industry standards.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Independence & Collaboration: Capability to work autonomously while also effectively collaborating with team members.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as necessary within the Southeastern US and participate in industry events.
