Join Our Team as a Field Crew Chief

Carter & Clark, a leading land surveying and engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Field Crew Chief to join our team. As a Field Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading high-volume residential builder services, including house staking, form checks, foundation, and final title surveys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of experienced surveyors in the field, ensuring quality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Manage and maintain robotic equipment and vehicles, as well as GPS technology.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Travel to Atlanta for company-paid interviews, as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of field experience, with RPLS or LSIT certification a plus.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain own equipment and vehicle.
  • High integrity, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
