Key Responsibilities:- Project Oversight: Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality control.
- Schedule Management: Create and manage project schedules, coordinating activities to ensure timely completion.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, controlling costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Quality Control: Ensure that work meets quality standards and specifications, conducting inspections, and addressing any deficiencies.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Manage subcontractors, scheduling their work, and ensuring they adhere to project requirements.

- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements throughout the construction process.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure everyone works effectively towards project goals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports, change orders, and correspondence with stakeholders.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the completed project.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (technical training and experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials, as well as knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts.
- Organization: Organization and time management skills.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of and/or experience with all types of roofing.
- Certifications: Valid and clean driving record, and pass State Police background check.
