  • Client Communication and Education: Communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and concise manner, ensuring they understand their financial situation and the recommended course of action.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with other professionals, including attorneys and CPAs, to ensure seamless delivery of financial services to clients.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (CFP, CFA, MBA, ChFC, CPA, JD) are highly desirable.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial planning, with a proven track record of success in managing complex client projects.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of financial planning and investment management, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM software (eMoney, Redtail, Orion, Holistaplan).
  • Personal Qualities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to identify and meet client needs, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
