Job Overview

Swanberg Construction is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead our construction teams in North and South Dakota. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is executed with the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate Superintendent's instructions to operators, carpenters, and laborers
  • Develop and mentor employees to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Study blueprints and specifications to prepare project layouts and determine materials required
  • Ensure work areas are clean and organized
  • Conduct weekly safety meetings and document results

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on site management
  • Ability to travel to job sites throughout North Dakota and northern South Dakota
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $35.00 - $45.00
  • 35-50 hours per week
