Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our executive team as a dedicated project coordinator. This role will involve providing administrative support to multiple executives, managing calendars, scheduling travel arrangements, and coordinating events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, strong project management experience, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite and 2 days offsite). Previous experience supporting multiple executives is highly desirable.
