Consultative Search Group is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for private equity.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for private partnerships and accounts.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for clients and the portfolio group.
- Coordinate with independent auditors, custodians, prime brokers, and fund administrators.
- Perform complex accounting tasks, including reconciliation and account analysis.
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience, including Big Four public accounting and investment management industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and investment company accounting rules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA a plus.
