About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Community Banking. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and identifying opportunities to promote bank products and services.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every customer interaction is personalized, efficient, and exceeds their expectations. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide solutions tailored to their requirements.

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to promote bank products and services, and educate customers on the benefits of these offerings.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience interacting with customers, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Salary: $42,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
