Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services in an elementary school environment. This role involves working with students to enhance their communication skills through tailored therapy sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to evaluations.
- Manage an elementary school caseload effectively.
Job Specifications:
- Full-time commitment (Part-time candidates are also welcome).
- Contract position for the remainder of the academic year, with potential for annual renewal based on performance.
Qualifications:
- Must possess ASHA Certification.
- Current Texas SLP License or eligibility to obtain one.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
