  5. HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  6. Employee Records: Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  7. Training and Development: Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
  8. Payroll Support: Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • HR Knowledge: Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, etc.).
  • HR Software: Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, etc.).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
