Requirements

  • HR Knowledge: Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, etc.).
  • HR Software: Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, etc.).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
