Primary Care Specialist

**Elsner HR** is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join their primary care team in a scenic location offering a blend of small-town charm and outdoor recreational activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and fostering long-term relationships with patients.
About the Role:The successful candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions. This role provides an opportunity to engage deeply in primary care, contributing to the well-being of diverse populations across multiple community-focused clinics.
Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive medical care, including health assessments, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning for patients of all ages.
- Patient Relationships: Build and maintain long-term patient relationships, offering personalized care to ensure consistency and trust.
- Disease Management: Manage acute and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and other common primary care concerns.
- Patient Education: Provide patient education and preventive care strategies to promote long-term health and wellness.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Certification: Must hold a valid Physician Assistant (PA) certification.
- Licensure: Active New York State PA license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a primary care or family medicine setting.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
The estimated salary for this role is $110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the cost of living in the region.
