We are seeking an experienced Clinical Primary Therapist to join our team at Stealth Recruiting Services. As a primary therapist, you will work closely with clients to address their mental health concerns. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. **Estimated Salary Range**: $30-$35 per hour
**Work Schedule**: Full-time, Monday-Friday, days
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Provide therapy sessions to clients, either individually or in groups
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
* Master's degree in Mental Health, Social Work, or Nursing
* Minimum one year experience in a mental health or hospital setting
* New York State Mental Health Counselor License, Social Work License to practice in NYS, or New York State Nurse's License
* BLS certification through the RQI system during clinical orientation
* CPI certification within 90 days of hire
