Job Summary

Morada Senior Living is seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to our residents, guests, and team members. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for managing telephone calls, taking messages, and providing information to those who visit or call our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, taking messages and communicating with residents and staff as needed.
  • Greet residents, guests, and team members, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage appointments for residents and family members, including hairdressers, transportation, and other services.
  • Organize and distribute mail to residents, the Executive Director, and Department Coordinators.
  • Maintain the Resident Phone List and Roster, Move-In and Move-Out Register, and Guest and Sign-In Logs.
  • Keep the desk and entry area neat and organized, ensuring a clean and professional environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the community team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One to three years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
