Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to oversee the operations of our Learning Community Center of South Omaha and its satellite programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee child learning providers and supervise Program Assistants to ensure high-quality educational services.
  • Manage the main center building and its operations, including facilities maintenance and logistics.
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Management, Education, Social Services, or a related field.
  • One or more years of management experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written, verbal, and presentational).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work occasional weekday evenings and occasional Saturdays.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record with completion of the Mini Bus Driver Safety class.
