Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate service estimates and invoices, ensuring transparency and clarity for customers.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle information in the dealership's DMS system.
- Stay informed about automotive industry trends, new technologies, and service procedures to provide accurate and current information to customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Specialist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for record-keeping and communication purposes.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.
- Valid driver's license.
