As the Director of Dietary Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and collaborating with the Dietitian to plan, organize, and manage the comprehensive operations of the Dietary Department. Your leadership will ensure that high-quality nutritional services are delivered consistently while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and assist in the planning and execution of dietary programs.
- Ensure compliance with current federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the Dietary Department.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
- Graduation from an accredited dietetic training program recognized by the American Dietetic Association.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, such as a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
- Proficiency in cost control, food management, and dietary therapy.
- Must hold certification as a Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian in the state.
Work Schedule:
- This position is available as Full-Time or Part-Time.
