Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver skilled respiratory care modalities and interventions to designated patient populations
  • Perform independent, professional respiratory care, ventilator management, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Establish therapy and treatment objectives, and review care based on the age and needs of the patient
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy training program
  • Certified (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care
  • Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) with the State of Washington
  • Registry eligibility notice to sit for RRT exam from NBRC required
  • Advanced cardiac life support credential required within 90 days of hire depending on age of the population served: ACLS, NRP, PALS
  • Health Care Provider level CPR certification
  • Minimum one (1) year of acute care experience in the field of respiratory therapy and critical care as CRT preferred
