IT Implementation Specialist

Radiometer is seeking a skilled IT Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Implementation Services department, you will be responsible for planning and implementing our Data Management System across various phases of the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include scoping projects, designing and building interfaces, providing customer training and support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also participate in the sales cycle to support the Sales team and provide remote troubleshooting support to existing customers.
This is a remote work arrangement eligible role, and you will be part of the IT Solutions Team, reporting to the National Manager, IT Solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, personal computers, and remote support tools.
- Fluent in T-SQL, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Command Prompt Networking tools.
- 2+ years' experience with designing, building, and testing ASTM and HL7 interfaces in Mirth / NextGen Connect or other healthcare integration engines.
Travel and Physical Requirements
- Able to travel up to 20% in a year.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency or fluency in French.
- Fluent in XML, XSL, HTML.
