Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in a Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department Unit to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit team in Springfield Regional Medical Center. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional care to patients and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments, create plans of care, and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
- Administer medications safely and consistently with State of Practice and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless patient care.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification (preferred, not required).
- ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
- At least one year of RN experience.
- Prior experience in a Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department Unit (preferred).
