About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Logistics Manager to join our team at Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our Delivered Fresh Daily operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of our iconic doughnuts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Route Service Drivers, ensuring they are hired, trained, and equipped to meet the demands of our fast-paced delivery operations.
  • Oversee the management of orders, ensuring daily systems processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate the staging and loadout of our delivery routes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our third-party logistics providers, ensuring seamless execution of our delivery operations.
  • Work closely with our shop General Managers, Market Sales Managers, and Region Customer Logistics Manager to adapt plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
Requirements
  • 6+ years' experience in QSR or retail environment with progressive experience in logistics, fleet management, or related responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work all necessary work schedules, including holidays and weekends.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture where our team members are empowered to showcase their originality.
  • Clean driving record (3 years).
  • Able to meet DOT Medical Examiner Card eligibility requirements.
