About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
- Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality resident experience.
