Job Overview

A reputable manufacturer in Stevens Point is seeking to expand its day shift production team. This position offers excellent hours and competitive starting wages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment including conveyors, dicer, dryer, hammer mill, and bagger.
  • Utilize forklifts for material handling.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks.
  • Manage waste disposal and empty dumpsters.
  • Perform general maintenance and sanitation tasks.
  • Evaluate products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Keep accurate and clear production records.
  • Report any hazardous or unsafe conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Forklift experience is preferred.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
