MRI Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Shared Medical Services. As an employee-owned company, we value our professionals and strive to provide exceptional patient care.
This part-time position offers a unique chance to work on a state-of-the-art mobile scanner, interacting with various facilities and meeting new people. You will be responsible for performing MRI imaging procedures, administering contrast agents, and maintaining patient comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Competently perform MRI imaging procedures in accordance with accepted standards of practice
- Review and complete patient screening forms, explaining the procedure to the patient
- Maintain excellent patient care, comfort, safety, and confidentiality
- Stay up-to-date with continuing education and technical competency
- ARRT (R) or ARMRIT registered
- ARRT (MR) registered preferred
- Ability to produce quality special imaging with limited supervision
- Professional and ethical interaction with patients and colleagues
- A clean and safe mobile environment
- Infection control policies and procedures for all patients
- A supportive and professional work environment
