We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Child Development Specialists. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism.

You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your goal will be to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

To succeed in this position, you should be passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential. You will need to be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team environment. We offer comprehensive training to equip you for success, even if you don't currently have experience.

As a Child Development Specialist, you can expect to exercise regularly, as our clients engage in physical activities. This requires you to be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and at times carrying children or objects that weigh up to 50 pounds.

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $20-$26 per hour, depending on qualifications and performance. Key Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass a pre-employment background check
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds
