Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions to students
  • Collect and record data on student behavior and progress
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents to support student success
Requirements
  • RBT certification
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collect and analyze data effectively
