Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing Electrical Engineering projects
- Review project status, budgets, and schedules, and prepare status reports
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders
- Lead the development of strategic projects or large tasks by applying engineering and organizational knowledge and expertise to achieve technical goals
- Bachelor's of Science or Technology degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field, plus a minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in Electrical Engineering
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
