As a CNA, you will work closely with a Registered Nurse (RN) to facilitate vaccine registration, particularly for COVID-19 and Influenza, while ensuring the well-being of a diverse patient population.
The role typically operates Monday through Friday, with hours ranging from 8 am to 7 pm, though flexibility is required to accommodate varying demands, including potential weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate documentation of patients' medical histories.
- Collect necessary registration details from patients.
- Conduct general assessments and monitor patient conditions.
- Record and report vital signs.
- Perform additional duties as required by the position.
