Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cannabis Advisor in our retail locations. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service, consistently exceeding expectations and fostering long-term rapport using our established customer service model.
  • Provide expert cannabis recommendations to customers and caregivers, discussing therapy goals, product effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
  • Participate in the patient intake process, entering and maintaining accurate paperwork and patient records.
  • Accurately receive, prepare, and complete patient orders and sales utilizing point-of-sale technology.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities, including customer records, in accordance with state regulations and local agency requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information, adhering to HIPAA compliance standards.
  • Escalate customer conflicts or complaints, inspiring loyalty to our brands and promoting positive patient relationships.
Requirements:
  • Age 21 or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
  • Flexibility regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • 1 year in Retail or a related industry where customer service is critical
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage difficult situations and resolve in a timely and professional manner

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
