About Your Role:

As a dedicated professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and youth with mental, behavioral, or emotional disturbances. Your role will involve providing direct supportive services to individuals and their families, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

You will work primarily with the Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and Down Syndrome population, but may also work with children and adolescents with other mental health diagnoses such as ADHD, PTSD, ODD, Disruptive Mood Disorder, Anxiety/Depression, etc. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping these individuals to develop the skills and strategies they need to succeed in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide education, training, and support to clients and their families in the home and community
  • Engage clients in change and help sustain their progress
  • Enable clients to become more successful in their family unit and across settings/environments
