- Oversee the work of lower-level Plumbers, prisoners, and others to ensure high-quality results.
- Perform journey-level plumbing assignments, including troubleshooting and repair of complex systems.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail and safety awareness.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing and mechanical systems maintenance and installation.
- Valid plumbing license and certification.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide leadership and guidance to others.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
