The Sr. Manager, Program Management is a key role within ConnectiveRx, responsible for managing client relationships and implementing messaging solutions to drive business growth for large accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day client contact, responding to requests and initiating contacts to ensure excellent execution and delivery of ConnectiveRx solutions.
- Develop effective client-facing communications, including marketing and sales representations, and account status updates.
- Oversee a book of business exceeding $10M in revenue, managing high-value, strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate program setup, monitor performance, and report on financials and performance metrics.
- Develop and share account activity/status updates, reporting, and invoicing, requiring knowledge of internal ConnectiveRx resources.
- Analyze data, summarize findings, and recommend actionable steps for clients and ConnectiveRx.
- Contribute to the implementation of the account management strategy, making recommendations for sales planning, revenue growth, and process improvements.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in account management with client relationship management responsibility or related sales experience in life sciences or healthcare service provider industry.
- Strong knowledge of Request for Proposals (RFP) and contracting processes.
- Broad knowledge of target marketing, preferably in healthcare-related fields of affordability products, services, and client brand strategy.
- Working knowledge of Med Legal Review (MLR) process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Expert level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated.
